Meadow View Estates Addition #1 started in 2004. Addition #1 encompasses 114 properties within the boundaries of the south side of 21st Street on the North, Clifton Avenue on the East, 24th Street on the South and Easthaven Avenue on the West. The community activities and duties of Addition #1 are directed by the Meadow View Estates Homeowners' Association, Inc. whose Board of Directors is made up of three volunteer Association Members. The Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CCRs) were established by the Developer and are available on this website.
Meadow View Estates Addition #2, which encompasses 32 properties within the boundaries of Freedom Circle and 25th Street, remains under the direction of the Developer.
